DataDad analytics and uptime
Cierto uses DataDad to see which public forecast pages people read and how they reach the website. These measurements help us improve access to forecasts and source reports.
Page paths, referring pages, and campaign parameters reach DataDad with technical request information. DataDad uses the IP address and browser information to derive approximate location, device categories, and a website-specific visitor identifier that changes daily.
We use cookieless analytics with a temporary tab identifier in memory. We do not enable persistent DataDad identity cookies. DataDad's uptime service makes separate requests to Cierto and records availability and response time.
